Ticket Buyers Beware - Ticket Seller Warning
It has come to our attention that our patrons have been affected by secondary ticket sellers who may be suspicious and fraudulent.
We want to remind our patrons that we are the sole seller/provider of all tickets for our productions and do not work with secondary sellers. We always encourage our audiences to buy tickets directly through us from our Audience Services team, in-person at our box office in Arts Commons or online at theatrecalgary.com.
If you are considering purchasing through a secondary reseller, please contact our Audience Services team before you make a purchase to check the tickets are valid. We can verify information about our productions, dates, seating and price. For example, many secondary sellers’ list prices in USD currency, and it can be deceiving to patrons. By law, secondary sellers cannot sell tickets higher than the value set by the official ticket provider.
