Please leave about 30 minutes to find parking. We share Arts Commons with our neighbours and with multiple events and shows, it can get busy. Check out your parking options.

Picking Up Tickets

You can pick up your tickets ahead of time Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at our Arts Commons Box Office (225 8 Ave SE) or one hour before your show at our Max Bell Theatre Box Office. If you have questions, our amazing Audience Services team can help. Please call 403.294.7447.

New Women's Washroom

To improve your experience at the Max Bell Theatre we have added a new women’s washroom. You will find the new women’s washroom located down the left side of our main lobby. We made this change to improve the flow of guests using our facilities before and after our shows and during intermission. Both men’s and women’s washrooms are located in our lower and main levels as well as both of our balconies.

Wine o’clock

We have partnered with Highlander Wine & Spirits who’ve curated a high quality selection of products for you to enjoy before and after your show. Please note we have changed our prices to reflect the new products. Our bar at the Max Bell Theatre is open one hour before your show time so please come early to enjoy!

Enhance Your Experience

We create unique experiences for you to get up close and personal with our cast and creative team and get a peek behind the scenes of our productions. Join us for Talkback Tuesday and Talk Theatre Thursday. Please note that we will only be hosting one Talkback Tuesday and Talk Theatre Tuesday for each production of the 2019-20 season.
