Overview
Sarah Schorr has no idea what awaits her when she answers a help wanted ad for a personal secretary. Her Saskatchewan farm girl roots have prepared her for a difficult life. But, working side by side with cantankerous Judge Francis Biddle to complete his memoirs in the short time he has left, may be beyond her. As Attorney General for Franklin Roosevelt and chief judge at the Nuremberg trials Francis Biddle has led an exceptional life, but his time is passing and Sarah understands that she has been given a rare opportunity to travel with this amazing man on his final journey.
Joanna McClelland Glass' real life experience as secretary to Judge Francis Biddle inspires this play with a perceptive personal clarity.
