Overview
The owner of the Commodore Hotel has fired his regular band and replaced it with an "uptown country" band known as Sam Slick and the Slowpokes. But a snowstorm complicates matters opening night when the new band is trapped in the hotel with members of the old band and their followers.
Country Hearts was written by Nova Scotia-raised composer John Roby and New Brunswick based playwright Ted Johns.
